SHIPPING POLICY

PLUM CANDLE CO. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday - Friday, except during the summer months and holidays. 

Please note, during the hotter months of the year, June through August, we will only ship out orders on Mondays. This is to ensure that packages do not melt or obtain heat damage from sitting in postal facilities for long periods of time.

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed and are shipped via USPS. We offer flat rate shipping of $8.00 for orders under $75 and free shipping on orders over $75.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Once a package has been scanned by USPS, the shipping status is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office for assistance.

We currently ship orders within the Continental US (excludes Alaska, Gaum, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands).
